I had a horrible experience here after buying red wing boot for 25 + years and buy from 4 different stores. In my opion Richie Bing acted like a horrible manager, I am An American with disabilities and he lied to me about getting a exchange for insole(inserts) when I bought them he said they could exchange the ones in the boots for the ones I wanted. Then after several attempts at waiting for the inserts about 2 months later they came in. I went to get them and he told me that they are $75. I reminded him he said he could exchange them. He got mad and asked to leave the store he does give away stuff. Worst experience I've ever had with a manager!!! The Manager later talked to me on the phone and did the right thing. I truly want the whole story told so in the end Richie Bing did the right thing. Thank you!!!

These guys are always great. First off there the best boots you can get if you're hard on your boots. If you ever have any issues with your boots they take care of it. And shopping at Red Wing for 23 years. This location is my favorite

The salesman was super helpful when I came to get new laces the other day. He was also very knowledgeable on future products I'd be interested in without being annoying. Red Wing is the only place I happily pay $200+ for footwear.

I was impressed from start to finish. The store manager was amazing and extremely helpful. There are no Redwing stores in my area and I was given a Redwing voucher to purchase boots by my employer. I explained what my situation was an the manager helped with my selection, ordered the boot I wanted and shipped direct to my doorstep. He gave me several business cards to hand out to coworkers and said for them to contact him for assistance. Absolutely wonderful experience and it turned a daunting task into a smooth and seamless transaction. So glad I stopped in the Redwing store in Akron Ohio

I wanted a new pair of work boots with specific features and of the best quality. The store has several boots and shoes for work. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out with a new pair of the best fitting work boots on the market. I was given a 15% discount for my military service without even asking for it. Highly recommend this store for you work shoes and boots

Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. They just weren't trying to sale you whatever, they did measurements and insert fitting custom fit for your feet. Wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. Hands down 5☆s

I believe as of the past month or two this store has a new owner, who personally works in the store and has absolutely fantastic customer service. I bought a pair of work boots and one foot was a bit uncomfortable after a few wears. I came in several times and every time he went out of his way to try to correct the issue for me. I felt I was being slightly needy but a comfortable pair of work boots is important and he understood that and wanted to help. Overall, the issue was resolved and I’m very pleased. This will be my go to store to buy boots from now on.

As in electrical service technician that has been a electrical service technician for 21 years... I have personally tried many.... many different types of boots.... However, I've been stuck on these boots for believe about 11 years now. The insoles you have to replace once a year and the boots get about 3 years out of them, but they are the most comfortable cost-effective ways to spend your money! I personally spend almost $400 for a pair of boots every 2-3 years because I will personally stand with these guys shoulder to shoulder and say these are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn in my life for the past I believe 11 years
